Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-07-04 · Unsubly handles your financial and subscription data with care.

1. Data minimization

  • We keep only the derived facts needed to detect subscriptions from your statements and receipts (merchant, amount, cycle, next billing date).
  • Uploaded original files and forwarded email bodies are discarded immediately after processing and never stored permanently.

2. Storage & encryption

  • All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
  • User data is isolated between accounts via row-level security (RLS); only you can access yours.

3. No data selling

  • We do not sell your financial or subscription data to third parties or share it for advertising.
  • Payments are handled through a Merchant of Record (Polar); card details are never stored on our servers.

4. Your rights — delete & export

  • You can export your stored data as JSON at any time.
  • Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and all related data immediately (non-recoverable).
